- I have over 15 years’ experience supporting both Domestic and Business users in a wide variety of IT aspects. My knowledge ranges from the installation of Hardware and software packages, building of computers to the customer’s requirements and all types of repair. I have a lot of experience of Wireless networks, including Broadband set-up, system roll-outs for Lloyd's Pharmacy and time working with a national Hotel Chain helping to achieve Wi-Fi cover in all the rooms and communal areas using a combination of Hot Spots, Access Points by running Cat5/6 Cable and range extenders’
