- My name is Tim Wiseman and I started working in IT in 1989 before it was called IT! I gained an apprenticeship at a local company before working my way up through being Hardware Manager at City College Norwich, to being technical manager In 2004 I quit paid employment and started up my company. Over the years I have built a very loyal and diverse portfolio of clients from small 5 person companies right up to my largest client who has 250 users on their IT System. Over time I have seen the shift from dumb terminals through the introduction of the internet, right up to cloud managed PC based systems. I specialise in IT Consultancy for the SMB market and provide IT Support directly to this marketplace. I am Cyber Essentials Certified and have numerous companies who I have helped archive and maintain the CE+ standard.
