We are a small, privately owned IT and Telecoms company. Technically, our limited company, Firstcom Ltd, has been established since 1998 and Nick Brandon, Director, has been helping small businesses and organisations with IT and Telecoms since that time. In the last 4 years, our new brand, 'tecwork', has been operational and is growing a fantastic reputation and a diverse customer base across Kent and Sussex. Nick, in the past, has been the recipient of 2 Services Excellence Awards and that Service Excellence is at the forefront of everything we do. -
Additional Information
We are partners with Microsoft, Gamma, 3CX and 2 Circles. We provide a single monthly bill for all IT and Telecoms services and operate a Freshdesk Ticketing System in order to manage and measure our customer tickets and performance. -
